The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center, close to major attractions such as Puerta del Sol and Gran Via subway station. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with amenities like a kettle, microwave, mini fridge, and safe. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of nearby snack bars and restaurants for breakfast.
Some noise issues from other guests and thin walls could be disruptive during the night.

It is within a short walk from Tribunal or Sol tube stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking the main street. They come equipped with a fridge and microwave, which is an unexpected bonus for a hotel of this caliber. The hotel is serviced daily, with fresh towels provided. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered is also a great addition, providing a good start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at Hostal Los Alpes! The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city with all the shops and restaurants close by. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and I loved the small balcony overlooking the main street. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Madrid.
